ZTV Map – Viewpoint Location
The Zone of Theoretical Visibility has been used to test the visual impact of the proposals . The blue areas on the maps above indicate areas in the city where the building would be visible. This is generally restricted to local views with no impact on long term viewpoints.
A full visual townscape and visual impact analysis prepared by Turley Heritage will accompany the application.
