Layering and stepping that creates a setting and place that compliments the articulation of the retained Glasgow Mission. Whilst the overall height of our proposals exceeds that of the extant consent by approximately 3 storeys, the overall mass and volume is less than previously approved which will result in a positive environment and improved outlook for the next phase of development.
